Synopsis:	X-Force attacks the MLF's base in Antarctica. Shatterstar slices off
Reaper's hand, but decides not to kill him. Cable and a now stronger Warpath fell
Forearm. Feral breaks Wildside's jaw. Stryfe calls Cable "Nathan," then escapes
with his team courtesy Zero and sets the base on self-destruct. Cable bodyslides
his team out, too.
	In a Manhattan penthouse, Gideon trains Sunspot in hand-to-hand combat and
corporate buyouts. Problem is, Jankos has allied with Black Tom to prevent the
buyout, and he takes them hostage.
	Bridge investigates the Antarctica incident and determines to stop Cable. He
calls on Weapon X of Canada's Dept. K.
	X-Force moves into Larry Trask's old Sentinel base in the Adirondacks (Uncanny
X-Men 57). Cable takes time to bond with Sam, telling him of his adopted son
Tyler, who joined the MLF and was killed (lies, all lies: see iss. 25). He also
practices his TK, which he is still keeping a secret from the team.

Synopsis:	Weapon X intercepts Deadpool, intercepting a shipment of intelligence
software for Tolliver. Kane bests Wade (who teleports away), and GW shows up to
ask Kane to help SHIELD capture Cable, with whom he has past history, but he
refuses.
	In the Adriondacks, Cable trains the team by having them play tag with Feral.
Boom Boom has new wrist launchers, and Sam is able to blast silently. Feral
attacks each member of the team viciously, and when Sam gets between her and
Shatterstar to stop them fighting, she guts him.
	Jankos activates an interdimensional locator and brings the Juggernaut to
Manhattan.

Synopsis:	The executives who were trying to buy Jankos out have been held
hostage for two days in the World Trade Center by Black Tom and Juggernaut. Siryn
has flown in from Ireland to stop her foster-father, tries a frontal assault, and
is beaten off. Cable (wearing Stryfish silver armor) arrives with X-Force, also
planning a direct and violent solution, and Siryn joins them.
	Warpath jumps out of the X-Force scout ship and pulls Juggernaut off the roof;
they continue to fight after hitting the ground. The rest take out the guards on
the roof, and interrupt just after Gideon and Sunspot have unsuccessfully
attacked Tom. Tom has rigged the building with plastique. Spider-Man swings by
just as he detonates it.

Synopsis:	Note: this entire issue is drawn sideways, which is really annoying.
	Spider-Man notices an explosion at the twin towers and arrives to find
Warpath, Feral, Shatterstar, and Cannonball attacking Juggernaut on the ground.
Sam strikes first (doesn't budge him an inch), and Spider-man catches him on the
rebound.
	In the wreckage of the top floor, Cable has the rest search for Black Tom.
Gideon refuses to help and squabble with Cable.
	Spider-man realizes they can only try to slow Juggernaut down. He talks to him
long enough to web his eyes, so James can push him over. Boom Boom arrives as the
fight begins again. Shatterstar stabs Juggernaut's eyes, but they quickly
(mystically) heal. He is angry now, and knocks over a building, but the heroes
survive.

Synopsis:	Note: also sideways.
	Spider-Man and most of the team continue to fight Juggernaut ineffectively
until Domino shows up, and instructs Warpath to throw Shatterstar at him to slash
him.
	Up in the ruined twin towers, Cable finds Tom, and instead of arresting him,
shoots him and lets him drop down an elevator shaft. Lucky for him, Deadpool was
waiting there to catch him and bring him to Tolliver.
	Shatterstar's magic swords were able to detach Juggernaut's helmet, and Siryn
flies off with it. Cable is just about to shoot him, when Deadpool ports away
with him.
	Bridge, who has been monitoring the whole thing, lands and tries to arrest
Cable, so he bodyslides out with the team.

Synopsis:	Deadpool delivers Black Tom and Juggernaut to Tolliver.
	Toad is establishing a new Brotherhood of Evil Mutants. He and the Blob attack
Lykos and force him to become Sauron by draining his girlfriend's life-force into
him.
	Gideon blames the World Trade Center incident (iss. 3-4) on Cable, and even
Xavier is saying he must be stopped.
	Sam and Tabitha decide to stick it out with Cable. James runs, planning to
avenge his murdered tribe. Feral propositions Shatterstar. Cable officially
welcomes Siryn to the group.
	Gyrich is hot to capture Cable, and is also reactivating Project: Wide-awake.

Synopsis:	Stryfe mocks all other leaders of mutants, and removes his helmet,
revealing Cable's face.
	Toad allies with the Morlocks, and Thornn calls for the death of Feral, who is
a runaway Morlock (and her sister, see next iss.).
	Domino and Cable share a post-coital bath and secrets: Cable buys his guns
from A.I.M.
	Tabitha and Feral hate each other; Shatterstar gets James to pound him, as

Synopsis:	Sauron, Blob, Toad, and Pyro dance with Shatterstar, Siryn, and

are accosted by the rest of X-Force. Toad can now secrete resin from his hands
(ick).
	Cable is forced to retreat, Thornn fells Feral, and Sauron impales Sam,
killing him.

Synopsis:	Sauron has killed Sam, and Boom Boom is distraught.
	Flashback: the Wild Pack (Cable, Domino, Grizzly, Kane, Hammer) helps Bridge
break into a Hydra base and steal a gadget back for A.I.M. Hammer accidentally
sets off the self-destruct, and Cable has to bodyslide them all out at the last
second. He collects the check from A.I.M., then returns to the future, where his
robots Professor, Scott, Hank, and Jean greet him. Professor has been researching
High Lords and has identified Sam as one. Cable goes back, to find and train Sam
before his "awakening."
	In the present, Sauron gloats, and Cable shoots.

Synopsis:	Cable races with Sam's body to the medi-lab, while X-Force fend off
the Evil Mutants. Cable is expecting Sam to be a High Lord and resurrect himself.
Sauron attacks again, is unable to mesmerize Cable's mechanical eye, and gets
shot again for his trouble.
	The fighting is eventually resolved as: Toad and Pyro already gone, Blob and
Phantazia run away, Sauron shot dead by Cable, Thornn unconscious, the metal
left-side of Cable's face revealed, Masque killed by Shatterstar on Cable's
order, and Sam resurrected.

Synopsis:	Cable instructs X-Force to mop up after last issue, and explains to
Sam that he is immortal. Sam isn't sure he believes it (c.f. iss. 54).
	Kane tries to understand how Stryfe can be Cable, when he saw them fight each
other. Zero ports him back to Dept. K, where he learns that Rictor has joined the
team to bring down Cable.
	Tolliver sends Deadpool to shake up his other employee, Domino.

Synopsis:	Note: this is part 4 of the Shattershot crossover.
	On Mojoworld, FANG troopers defeat spineless ones in the arena. Shatterstar,
now the Master Programmer, orders the execution of the defeated. He and his kind
have taken the places of Mojo and his kind, and the rules have remained the same.
	The geneticist Arize transports to Westchester to get X-Force's help in
overthrowing Shatterstar's tyranny, just as they helped overthrow Mojo V ten
years earlier.
	The history of Mojoworld in flashback: Arize created Longshot, who stopped
Mojo from taking over earth, had his memory scrambled, and joined the X-Men.
Arize transmitted earth's TV to Mojoworld (to teach them freedom), but instead
the signals went back in time and drove the primordial spineless ones insane in
the first place. Since then, 5 Mojos have been overthrown, with X-help.
	On Mojoworld, Arize uses a gadget to paralyze the FANG troopers in the arena.
He and X-Force publicly denounce the ruling regime, and when Shatterstar sides
with them, his own Scheduler attacks him, and then Arize. Shatterstar defeats him
but refuses to kill him, starting a new age of love and democracy.

Synopsis:	Cable takes X-Force down into the Morlock tunnels to show them Masque
is dead, and warn them not to attack X-Force again.
	Deadpool has broken into X-Force HQ, knocked out Siryn, and sneak-attacks
Shatterstar just for the fun of it. He then finds Domino, who is really an
impostor and his girlfriend, and roughs her up because she has not been reporting
back to Tolliver.
	Kane reports to Bridge that Dept. K has put together a new Weapon PRIME to
take down Cable and determine his connection to Stryfe.
	The real Domino is a captive of Tolliver.
