This section is meant to give credit to all the documents and websites that I have used as source information for this site's content. In the cases where the source is a website, I have linked to it. Where the source is a text document (aka FAQ), I am hosting a copy of it here for your perusal. On this page, a brief list of all sources appears first. Below that there is more details provided on them.

by Darren Duncan

This index is my own work, and originally served as a personal index to the books I own or planned to own. All the X-titles are listed, but the information on each is minimal. Information for each issue includes: titles, publication dates, cover prices for both the US and Canada, total book page length (excluding covers), titles and page lengths for each story, pinup, biography, FAQ, or other special item in each book. Occasionally the characters present, creator credits are mentioned. (The original also had physical details such as embossing or included cards.) This is 194K of text.

Index to the X-titles (194K) -- version 1.0 first posted 1997 August 13; version 2.0 last modified: 1998 February 10

This is the "graph" view of the continuity section. The "graph" format is essentially an acyclic directed graph, or "flow chart", with each node representing a single issue (or part of an issue or a range of issues), and each arc representing the known order of two nodes.

Continuity of the X-titles v1.0.1 (74K) -- version 1.0 first posted 1997 December 18; version 1.0.1 last modified: 1998 April 25

This is the "list" view of the continuity section. The "list" format is essentially a singly-linked list, or "laundry list", with each issue (or range of issues) being ordered by best fit between all the other issues.

by William George Ferguson

This index was done by William George Fergusun in response to a racmx request for synopsi of Dazzler's solo run. It fulfills that purpose well, and includes: titles, story name, cover text, creator credits, and story synopsi well seasoned with commentaries. This is about 38K of text.

I have permission to use the detailed Wolverine issue index/reviews found at Wolverine's R.E.A.L.M. These indexes are fairly comprehensive, and include: titles, cover scans, Staff Members (creator credits), characters present (some with links to biographies), a very detailed synopsis, and a review for each issue. All the Wolverine issues from #s 1-152 are indexed. I estimate that in aggregate the text weighs about 250-350K.

by Markus Mueller and Paulo Costa

I have permission to use the extensive Marvel title, creator, and crossover data found at The Unofficial Handbook of Marvel Comics Creators. These records cover 10000s of Marvel books over the last few decades, complete with publication dates, story titles, creator credits, and what crossovers any books were involved in. I have no idea what the full range of these resources are at this time.

by James Manning

I have permission to use the brief x-title summaries found at Shieldz Issue Summaries. These summaries cover most of the issues of the various x-titles and range from one to three sentances in length for each issue. The site is also filled with interesting caricatures of the characters. In aggregate the text weighs about 150-200K.

by Dan Wilson and Brian Alan Smith

I have permission to use the Power Pack Issue Reviews found at the Unofficial Site of Power Pack. These are essentially issue reviews and do the job well. Information on each issue includes titles, some creator credits, some characters present, cover scans for some issues, and a good review/synopsis for each book. All the Power Pack issues from #s 1-62, as well as the specials that followed are indexed, and in aggregate the text weighs about 70K.

by Hypert

I have permission to use the Uncanny X-Men issue summaries found at An Uncanny History. These summaries average around 10 sentences each with headings and cover dates, and a book or two that reprints each is also listed. Currently covers about #s 1 thru 317 at present and weighs about 225K+ of text.

by Katya

I have permission to use the brief Excalibur summaries found at Britain's Greatest Heroes. All of the Excalibur issues from #s 1-125 are covered, as well as all the specials and annuals from the title's run. About 16K in text is here.
