What follows are all Fan Website submissions (grouped by subcategory), and the total votes each received. The submissions / entries are ordered the same way as on the 2002 Submissions page, and the number to the left of each entry is the number of popular votes (your votes) each entry received. Subcategories also had 'Abstain' at the top, and the number beside that shows how many people didn't vote for any of the entries. Reasons to abstain could vary between the voter feeling they shouldn't vote due to lack of knowledge or experience or because they were competing (although it is legal to vote for oneself), or because they felt that none of the entries deserved to win.

-X-Fan - [...] - I felt this site captured the category theme best. Mutatis Mutandis - [...] - more intuitive, neat concept Mutatis Mutandis [...] the layout is excellent and easy to read/navigate. [...] X-Fan *is* everything x, even though the appearance is dated. Women of the X is well put together, even though it switches from green to black one level in. Mutatis mutandis has a better layout than ever before, but doesnt seem as complete as Women... but then again, Women leaves out all the X-Chars that are Men... [...] X-Assault [...] comment: these guys have gone way beyond their fanboy duties to provide an incredible addictive game and have spent way too much of their money so thatothers can enjoy their fruit of labour...
-RETRO-X-PUNK: meet the X-StatiX ! - [...]Ê- I surprised myself with this choice, but it's clean and uncluttered by the weight of unnecessary Flash intros andÊgets to the point.ÊIt's point is also very original and is well laid out in a design that's graphically pleasing, easy to understand,Êand theme-consistent. RETRO-X-PUNK: meet the X-StatiX ! - [...] - fearless and inventive.. my kind of scum! hohohohoho! > Ultimate X - [...] It's an excellent, well-kept site with a superior layout. the Retro-X-Punk site is really a beaut - deserves all kinds of accolades for good (inventive) design imho. Manolis should be proud (i think that is his site). GenneXt [...] - again for design and also for being complete and long lasting [...]. UltX [...] good design [...]
X-Fan - [...] - lots of info, very functional [...] Generation neXt just because, although specific to Gen-X, it has both news and a decent amount of fanart, plus some fanfic, so it seems to best fulfill the header. gen next has a better layout than the rest. next x is okay, [...] good or complete or anything as X-Fan. [...] Next-X Comics - [...] comment: i was going to vote for xfan, but i was blown away by the amount of work put in the next-x site, with professional looking covers and quality stories, so they get my vote for this one...
Angel's HEAVEN - [...] good and clean but not as functional Angel's HEAVEN - [...] I just liked the look of it best (flash or not). Rogue is a great site - well put together and seemingly complete. nice layout imho. lornadane.com is also very nice, [...] (Phoenix has more info, Angel has a better layout / design). Angel's HEAVEN - [...] i think it has the best design of the lot, and the most material, especailly consider the subject matter...
-The Love Machine v3.0: [...] Once again, clean, concise and theme-consistent. Nice layout, good content, and easy on the eyes. The Love Machine v3.0: [...] - still the best.... The Women of the X - [...] I liked this site, and think it earned something. :-) again - the Wolvie and Jubes site is still up-to-date and chock full of info. women [...] okay design and good content. Love machine [...] for great design and a decent amount of content. The Love Machine v3.0: [...] this is a labour of love, from a person i trully know to be the ultimate rogue and remy fan, and this site boasts both her insurmountable love for this comic couple and trully professional design both in terms of navigation and graphics...
